Summary

The fastest path from nothing to a live-ready course.

Steps

  1. Create the course. Instructor → New course. Fill the name, audience, duration, tier, and pick a presentation model (Minto is a safe default). Save.
  2. Generate the outline. On the outline page, click Generate with AI — Nalanda researches and drafts an editable Markdown outline. Edit it freely.
  3. Compose pages. Click Compose slides to turn the outline into a slide tree, then open the pages builder to edit each page.
  4. Add instructor notes. Use Generate notes (all pages) for a first pass, then edit.
  5. Draft MCQs. In the pages builder, use the Concepts panel → Generate for all concepts, then open the MCQ builder to confirm each answer key and approve.
  6. Commence. From the course page, click Commence — share the join QR/code, open the projector at /display?code=…, and drive the class.

Notes & tips

Nothing the AI writes goes live until you approve it. MCQ answer keys must be explicitly confirmed before a question can be pushed.
