Create a course
instructor
Start a course by setting its name, audience, duration, tier, and presentation model. The AI then drafts an editable outline.

A course starts as a short brief. Nalanda turns it into an editable outline, then a slide tree.
Steps
- Instructor -> New course.
- Fill name, audience, duration (minutes), and tier (Basic / Professional / Expert).
- Optionally add scope, deliverables, and rough input (briefs or references for the AI).
- Choose a presentation model (field 08) - the structure the AI builds to. Minto is the default.
- Save. You land on the outline page, ready to generate or write the plan.
Notes & tips
- You can edit every course detail later from the course page (Edit), including the model.
- Changing the presentation model does not rewrite existing content - re-generate or re-tidy to apply it.
